When I traveled in Morocco in the 90’s on every corner in Marrakech there were mint tea stalls. The fresh sweetness and quality of flavor lended itself to the amazing conversations and beauty that surrounded the madina. In dedication to this old way of companionship, I planted a mint garden on Rock Ranch. We will be savoring from the organic mint tea leaves and served in traditional Moroccan fashion in the Medicine Garden behind Sky Mother Temple.

As this world is moving so fast often we don’t get to rest together in one topic and let our minds ruminate and explore something. This lingering with the attention on the quality of our attention being on remaining open and free what I am calling Insight Conversation. Insight is based on the value of a naturally arising clarity by allowing the intelligence of Space to mingle with our minds. We will begin with a simple breathing practice, followed by a short guided meditation, and then learn the way of dialogue. Contemplating the topic of “Listening”.
